MINUTES of ACTV Board of Directors Meeting

Date: Tuesday, October 24, 2006

Call to Order:

The meeting convened after the Annual Meeting, Isaac BenEzra presiding, in order to elect its officers for the coming year.

New Member:

President BenEzra welcomed the board’s newly-elected member, Lacey Johnston

Board Members present: Isaac BenEzra, Ernie Urvater, Josna Rege, Anna Carter, Alan Root, Dennis Steiner, Mary Paris, Paulette Brooks, Jean Haggerty, Lacey Johnston.

Quorum status: This constitutes a quorum of the Board.

Election of Board Officers

MOTION:

A motion was made and seconded to:

Re-elect Isaac BenEzra to a second one-year term as President

The motion passed unanimously.

Re-elect Ernest Urvater to a one-year term as Vice-President

The motion passed unanimously.

MOTION:

Re-elect Josna Rege to a second one-year term as Clerk

The motion passed unanimously.
